Heart-Talk Program

This resource kit designed to be used with Aboriginal children who are affected by the problems associated with the use of alcohol or other drugs in their families or communities. The program is designed to be presented at schools or communities by teaching staff or community members.

The teachers' manuals, for two age groups 8 - 12 years and 13 years and over, contain information on the structure and objectives of the program as well as activities and information on the topics covered and suggestions on how to deliver the program.

The Heart-Talk program is currently being used by a number of schools and other agencies that have input into Aboriginal communities in the north-west of Western Australia as well as Queensland, the Northern Territory and South Australia.

Cost $150.00 for both manuals (GST Inclusive).
