Holyoake is a Public Benevolent Organisation and as such relies on its fee structure to provide services to the community.
Holyoake reviews its fees annually so that we can continue to provide valued and high quality services into the future. As a not for profit organisation, we endeavor to keep fees as low as possible so that services continue to be accessible to those who require assistance.
Concession rates are available for all programs except for Couples Counselling. Just present your concession card to your counsellor during your initial interview to receive the discounted rate.
When more than one person from the immediate family (mother, father, child, sibling) are concurrently registered and attending in any Holyoake program, a family discount will apply as follows:
Holyoake's policy and practice is that no person will be turned away from receiving services due to their inability to pay. Clients experiencing genuine financial hardship can negotiate their fees with their counsellor. Please talk to your counsellor if you are experiencing any difficulties in meeting fees.
